How We Can Help
Graston Therapy
Graston therapy allows us to alter collagen cross-linkages and break through adhesions that are causing pain and limited movement. After treatment, patients often say that they feel like they can finally move again.
Cupping Therapy
Many techniques utilize compression, but cupping therapy allows us to utilize decompression to bring blood flow to an area and help mobilize the fascia underneath. Cupping is great for decreasing tension in the muscles and providing relief to overworked areas.
Flexion-Distraction
Flexion-Distraction provides a gentle stretch to the lower back that helps open the joints and decrease pressure in the discs. It is often one of the best treatments for disc herniations.
Spinal Manipulation
Often called an "adjustment," chiropractic manipulation is great for helping to restore motion throughout the entire spine.
Nimmo Technique
Nimmo Receptor Tonus Technique targets specific trigger points that can cause "referral patterns" of pain throughout the body.
Rocktape
Rocktape serves as a great adjunct to our therapy and can help decrease pain and guide better joint mechanics through proprioceptive awareness. While the tape is on, it will help decrease pain while you workout or work in the office and give you an increased feeling of stability.
Rehab Exercise
We believe the best way to get you back to what you love doing is to make you even stronger than before. We do this through properly planned, loaded movement with an emphasis on the best form for you.
Pelvic Blocking
Pelvic blocking serves as a low-force method to help change pelvic biomechanics.  Often times, pelvic misalignments can lead to a temporary altered leg length.
Other Services
Hot and Cold Therapy
We utilize heat therapy to help decrease joint stiffness and muscle spasms, while cold therapy can help modulate the inflammatory process and decrease post-treatment soreness.
Electrical Stimulation
"Stim" provides us the ability to decrease your pain levels and help reduce muscle spasm.
Therapeutic Ultrasound
Therapeutic Ultrasound utilizes sound waves to create a "deep heat" that helps increase tissue pliability, decrease pain, and increase blood flow to an area.
